The Aqua Apartments, a 57-unit acq/rehab of a blighted motel which will become Permanent Supportive Housing for Santa Ana's formerly chronically homeless individuals. The project is supported through Statewide Mental Health Services Act financing and case management/ supportive services through Orange County, a State-HCD Infill Infrastructure Grant, and HUD project based vouchers administered through the City of Santa Ana Housing Authority - along 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Tax-Exempt bonds, bringing in private debt and equity.
