Della Rosa will provide 50 studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes for the formerly homeless, and low income individuals earning 30-50% area median income. Designed by Dahlin Group, the .66 acre development will include 4, two and three story buildings. A $17.9 million dollar development, Della Rosa is funded by federal tax credit equity, the City of Westminster, the County of Orange, USBCDC, US Bank and CA Community Reinvestment Corporation (CCRC).
