ACC-OC and our regional partners have been championing the 2700 Permanent Supportive Housing Plan. As the homelessness crisis in OC continues to evolve, it remains critical that cities are fully informed of the role Permanent Supportive Housing plays in the integrated architecture to mitigate chronic homelessness. Projects like Family Care Center, The Orchard, Doria and Rockwood represent the overall continuum of care and what that system can look like when there is proper "flow".
