TCAC Crash Course with
Bill Pavao

The Kennedy Commission, in partnership with SCANPH, hosted an informative crash course session on all you need to know about the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).

Former Executive Director of TCAC, Bill Pavao, lead this workshop on the financing of affordable housing through the programs administered by TCAC, Bill also provided helpful insights on conventional debt, equity, gap financing, and background information on the awarding of credits and geographic apportionment.
